The LIFE programme for the period 2021-2027 (French acronym for The Financial Instrument for the Environment) supports projects to protect the environment and climate within the European Union. Launched in 1992, the next 7 years' programme has been projected in line with the international agreements and with the goals of the European Green Deal.

The Digital Europe programme for the period 2021-2027 aims to increase and maximise the benefits of digital transformation for all EU citizens, public administrations and businesses. Strategic funds will be invested in supporting projects in five key areas: supercomputing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, advanced digital skills, and ensuring a wide use of digital technologies across the economy and society.

The Single Market Program 2021-2027 aims to improve the functioning of the European internal market, the competitiveness and sustainability of companies (in particular SMEs), standardization, market surveillance, consumer protection, management expenditure on plants, animals, food and feed.

The Neighborhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI - Global Europe) aims to promote the Union's core values, principles and interests around the world in order to pursue the objectives and principles of EU external action. NDICI also includes the European Fund for Sustainable Development Plus (EFSD+) and the External Action Guarantee for the MFF period 2021-2027.

Horizon Europe 2021-2027 is the Ninth Framework Program for Research and Innovation for the seven-year period 2021-27. The program supports research, development and innovation activities in Europe, with the aim of mobilizing investment and contributing to EU growth, in line with the dual green and digital transition.

Erasmus+ 2021-2027 is the EU's programme aiming at supporting “through lifelong learning, the educational, professional and personal development of people in the field of education, training, youth and sport in Europe and beyond” and playing a crucial role in promoting sustainable growth, quality jobs and social cohesion, driving innovation and strengthening European identity and active citizenship.

The Creative Europe 2021-2027 program aims to promote European cultural, linguistic diversity and cultural heritage by strengthening the competitiveness and economic potential of the cultural and creative sectors, in particular the audiovisual sector.

The European Commission adopted the annual work programme of the EU 4 Health, born after the Covid-19 pandemic, which aims to reinforce the European Member States' healthcare systems.

The European Space Programme aims to promote an innovative and competitive European space sector, upstream and downstream, to strengthen the Union's space ecosystem and enhance its role as a global player in the sector.

The EU Regulation 2021/1056 of the European Parliament and the EU Council of 24 June 2021 established the Just Transition Fund. The JTF contributes to the single specific objective of enabling regions and individuals to address the social, employment, economic and environmental impacts of the transition to the Union's 2030 energy and climate goals and a climate-neutral economy by 2050, based on the Paris Agreement.
