Within the context of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II), EuropeAid published a service contract notice for improvement of budgeting system and public internal financial control system in Montenegro. The overall objective of the project is to contribute to increased fiscal sustainability and sound management of public finances in line with EU requirements.
