The assignment includes the construction of hybrid power plants in the Maldives.
Republic of the Maldives has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Preparing Outer Islands for Sustainable Energy Development Project.
Part of this grant will be used for payments under a contract named for works and goods.
The Ministry of Environment and Energy of Republic of Maldives therefore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the design, supply, installation and maintenance of renewable energy hybrid power plants in Shaviyani and Noonu Atoll.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's single stage bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
Bids must be delivered on or before on Monday, 3 April 2017.
Completion period is 360 days.
