Interested stakeholders have until April 25, 2025, to participate in the public consultation launched by the European Commission on the draft Framework for State Aid to support the objectives of the Clean Industrial Deal, the EU action plan for the transition and competitiveness of European industry presented last February 26.

A few weeks after the presentation of the Clean Industrial DealClean Industrial Deal, the roadmap of measures that the EU Commission intends to implement for the green and digital transition to increase competitiveness, the European Executive invites interested parties to comment on the preliminary text of the Clean Industry State Aid Framework (CISAF), which is the draft Framework for granting national State aid to support the objectives of the Clean Industrial Deal.

The provisional text of the CISAF sets the conditions under which State aid for certain investments and objectives can be considered compatible with the internal market, from measures to accelerate the deployment of renewables to those for industrial decarbonization.
