The European Commission is hosting an event titled "Driving EU Prosperity: The Future of Knowledge Valorisation" on 10 December 2024 in Brussels and online. This event is part of the EU's knowledge valorisation policy, which aims to enhance the uptake of research and innovation (R&I) results to maximize the potential of R&I investments for Europe's prosperity. The event will feature international perspectives and sessions on business-academia collaboration, socially responsible licensing, innovation standards, citizen science, and insights from the EUIPO and EPO on academia and SMEs. Attendees can participate in person or online, free of charge, and engage in networking and interactive stands of valorisation support services.
