Description
Since 2004, the European Union has commemorated the European Remembrance Day for Victims of Terrorism on 11 March. This solemn occasion, organised by DG HOME in collaboration with the EU Knowledge Hub on Prevention of Radicalisation and the European Commission, serves as a tribute to victims and survivors of terrorism across Europe and beyond.
The Remembrance Day is an expression of solidarity, resilience, and unity. It provides a platform for survivors to share their experiences, ensuring that their voices remain at the heart of efforts to prevent radicalisation and combat violent extremism.
