Amidst the European debate on how to increase support for security and defense investments, two calls from the EUDIS Business Accelerator and Matchmaking (BAMM) program aim to provide comprehensive support to companies active in the sector with funding and networking opportunities. European Defence Fund, over EUR 1 billion for calls 2025

Promoted by the European Commission, EUDIS Business Accelerator and Matchmaking (BAMM) is part of the EU Defense Innovation Program (EUDIS), a flagship initiative of the European Defense Fund (EDF) aimed at enhancing innovation in the sector.

In line with the contents of the White Paper on Defense and consistent with the provisions of the Competitiveness Compass, this initiative highlights the Union's growing commitment to promoting the competitiveness of the defense industrial ecosystem in the Old Continent.

Specifically, the services offered by the BAMM program through the new calls aim to provide rapid and agile support to startups, scaleups, and SMEs developing technologies in the defense sector, helping them navigate the specific market and simultaneously improving their access to financial resources and new partnerships.
