Interreg Europe 2021-2027 is one of the 19 European Territorial Cooperation programmes in which Italy participates under the 2021-2027 Partnership Agreement.

During the call opening period, the programme provides the "Ask for feedback" service to support applicants in the submission of project proposals. Let's see how it works.

Interreg Europe: get feedback on your project in three steps

1. Join the Interreg Europe community

The first step is to join the Interreg Europe community by registering on the programme portal. Once you have created an account with information about your organisation and areas of interest, you will be able to get in touch with other members of the community, exchange good practices, participate in events and receive advice on specific topics.

2. Present your project

The second step involves filling in an online form in which you can describe your project to submit for the Interreg Europe call for proposals, including the characteristics of the partners you are looking for.

The information can remain private or can be shared with the rest of the community, who will then get to know the proposed projects.

This service is only available for the 27 EU Member States and the 7 EU candidate countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Ukraine).

3. Request feedback

Finally, to complete the process you need to open the 'Project ideas and feedback requests' section of the dashboard to ask questions on specific aspects of your project (policy aspects, project planning, etc.).

Before asking for feedback, it is advisable to use the self-assessment tool to find out whether the questions are relevant to the programme or not.

As there are many requests, feedback will only be provided once per project and only during the call period.

Feedback can be requested: by email, by telephone/videoconference or in person during an infoday. The duration of the interview is 30-45 minutes.

As a reminder, the Interreg Europe 2024 call for proposals opens at the end of March and several information days are scheduled throughout Europe.
