The consultant will support Macedonian administration for the management of the EU funds.

The project aim is to support the national administration in the effective and efficient management and absorption of the EU funds.
The project will encompass the full cycle, including:
- strategic planning, programming, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the pre-accession assistance,
- strengthening both the operational framework and the institutional capacity to implement IPA II Regulation.
The assignment involves two components:
Component I will focus on implementation of the sector
