The consultant will provide technical assistance to the Albanian government to promote a more enabling environment for civil society development.
EuropeAid published a service contract notice for the provision of technical assistance and capacity building to Albanian governmental bodies at central and local level to improve the legal framework ruling the work of the civil society organizations in the country. The project also aims at improving the collaboration between the public administration and the civil society organizations, particularly in the policy making process.
The maximum budget is EUR 600,000.
Participation is open to all natural and legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping – consortium - of tenderers) established in a Member State of the European Union. Participation is also open to international organisations.
On the basis of the applications received, between 4 and 8 candidates will be invited to submit detailed tenders for this contract.
