The assignment concerns the supply and installation of audiovisual equipment for plenary sessions of the Parliament.

In this context, an invitation to tender intends:
- to streghten the transparency and the involvement of the civil society in the legislative process,
- to improve the public information on parliamentary activities and parliamentary documentation.

The contract consist on the supply and installation of audiovisual system, including:
- video system,
- simultaneous translation system,
- directing room equipments,
- media room,
- conference room,
- software system which integrates all systems and equipments
Supply and installation must be in conformity with the relevant international standards.
