The Intergovernmental Agency on Development (IGAD) has received financing from the African Development Bank Group toward the cost of a Drought Resilience and Sustainable Livelihoods Program in Somalia and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to eligible payments under the contract for recruitement of Implementing Agency of the project.
The services included under this project are to provide the service of planning and ensuring the effective implementation of the day to day project activities on the ground. The Implementing Agency will deliver capacity in the form of effective project management, capacity building, tendering including contract management, planning and budgeting, reporting on progress, and project budget oversight and control.
The duration of the contract is about 60 months.
