Public debates: Youth Policy Dialogue with Commissioner Maria Luís Albuquerque - The future of finance

European Commissioner Maria Luís Albuquerque is inviting 15 young Europeans to Brussels to share their views. The Commission wants to hear from you.

The new European Commission, which started on 1 December 2024, would like to hear from young Europeans. As part of this initiative, Maria Luís Albuquerque, Commissioner for Financial Services and the Savings and Investments Union, will host a 2-hour conversation with young people from the European Union. The topic will be the future of finance.

Participants were selected based on video submissions. In December 2024, the Commission invited young Europeans with an interest in the subject to submit a short video on their vision of the future of finance. The period for submission ended on 13 January, and we have informed the selected participants.

The event will be live-streamed, enabling a broader audience to follow the discussion. The link to the live stream will be made available on this page ahead of the event.
