New Horizon Europe calls for proposals to strengthen research on security
The work programme Civil Security for Society 2023-2024 (Cluster 3) of Horizon Europe will allocate approximately 333 million euros to fund projects aimed at strengthening the European Union's security, from natural disaster prevention to cybersecurity.
The work programme Civil Security for Society 2023-2024 is part of the second pillar of Horizon Europe, the European framework programme for research and innovation.
The resources allocated for the next two-year period will fund both calls for proposals and other interventions. The calls will support the implementation of interventions with reference to 6 Destinations: crime and terrorism, management of the EU's external borders, resilient infrastructures, cybersecurity, disaster resilient society, and R&D for security.
