Evaluating Human Performance and Licensee Safety Culture
The European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) is hosting a webinar focused on human performance and its relationship with organizational safety culture. This event, organized in collaboration with Enconet Consulting, aims to enhance human performance by addressing human factor issues and improving safety culture within organizations.

Event Details
The webinar will take place from Monday, 9 December 2024, to Friday, 13 December 2024, from 12:30 to 17:00 (CET) daily. It will be conducted online via the Cisco Webex platform. The event is free of charge, and the maximum number of participants is limited to 50.
Description
The webinar will cover various topics, including the impact of safety culture on human performance, error drivers in procedures, and methods for enhancing human performance through event investigation and cause analysis. It will also address the role of leadership in fostering an effective safety culture and the challenges in regulating safety culture.
Lecturers
The course will be delivered by experts such as Dorian S. Conger, known for his work in incident investigation and safety culture, and Maria Josefa Esteban Fernandez, a senior nuclear expert with extensive experience in international projects.
