The high-level sessions will focus on pollution issues affecting the watershed to the sea, drawing on expertise from various projects including EcoDaLLi, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, and partnerships like Water4All and the Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership.

The conference will feature key actors from the Black Sea communities and networks in the Danube area, such as the ICPDR and the BioEast initiative, aiming to unite regional stakeholders.

A workshop on 'Nature-Based Solutions Implementation and Policy Recommendations for the Danube and Black Sea Region' will take place on the afternoon before the conference.
