The Government of Rwanda has received a grant from the African Development Bank to finance the "Support to Science and Technology Skills Development Project". It is intended that part of the proceeds of this grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for "Procurement, Supply of Equipment and Furniture for the Faculty of Architecture and Environmental Design (FAED) at University of Rwanda-College of Science and Technology" situated in Kigali City, following International Competitive Bidding procurement method.
