Following the initial rounds of calls in previous years, the activities of EIT Culture & Creativity are confirmed for 2025. This is the ninth Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) promoted by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) with the aim of fostering a sustainable ecosystem in the European cultural and creative industries sector (Culture and Creative Sector and Industries - CCSI).
The KIC consists of a partnership composed of over 50 European partners, involving small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the sector, as well as higher education organizations and research centers, with the goal of strengthening their resilience and innovation potential in the artistic and cultural fields. To achieve this, the consortium operates through calls for proposals, with funding covering the entire innovation chain: training and education programs, strengthening the path from research to market, innovation projects, business incubators, and accelerators.
