The call "MSCA Co-funding of regional, national and international programmes" (COFUND) 2025 aims to direct regional, national, and international programming towards excellence in researcher training, mobility, and professional growth through co-financing mechanisms.

The European call, part of the opportunities provided by the Horizon Europe 2023-2025 work programme, will have a significant budget of €101.8 million.

Horizon Europe: How to Participate in the MSCA COFUND 2025 Call

The initiative promotes new or existing doctoral programs and post-doctoral fellowship programs with the aim of spreading the best practices of MSCA, including international, intersectoral, and interdisciplinary research training, as well as international and intersectoral mobility of researchers at all career stages.

Specifically, doctoral programs offer research training activities to enable doctoral candidates to develop and expand their skills and competencies. This experience will lead to the awarding of a PhD.
