Strategic design and circularity in the north

Through a development programme, a series of lectures and a summer programme on strategic design and circularity, the project aims to make the region's small and medium-sized product and service companies less vulnerable to cyclical fluctuations and increase their competitiveness. The above actions include lectures, workshops, individual coaching and direct interventions. The overall objective of the project is to contribute to sustainable regional growth. The project objective is to help the region's small and medium-sized enterprises SMEs to achieve rapid recovery and growth. The project focuses on companies to further develop sustainable products, services and business models. The expected result at the end of the project is that participating companies will have undergone a development programme to accelerate recovery, become more sustainable and attractive to new customer segments and with the more resilient to cyclical fluctuations. More companies thus contribute to sustainable growth in the region based on development opportunities in digitalisation, globalisation and green transition. Some expected long-term effects are that more of the region's SMEs have strengthened their global competitiveness and their increased skills in circularity contribute to achieving the region's sustainable growth goals.
