The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship & SMEs (DG GROW) is organizing a hybrid stakeholder event on tourism in Brussels and online. The event will share recent policy developments in the tourism sector at the EU level, present inspiring examples of stakeholder pledges under the Transition Pathway for Tourism, and provide networking opportunities. Participants will learn about the new law on green claims, updates on the Tourism Data Space, and EU support for cultural heritage. Limited in-person attendance is available, with up to 150 seats on a first-come, first-serve basis. The event will conclude with a networking lunch.
