Building together the future of farming, food and rural areas

The Youth Policy Dialogue offers young people the chance to engage with Commissioner Christophe Hansen on the future of the agri-food sector and rural areas. Participants from various youth organizations will discuss economic viability, sustainability, and generational renewal in farming. This event is part of the EU Agri-Food Days 2024 and aims to inform the Vision for Agriculture and Food and the strategy for generational renewal in agriculture.

The Dialogue will help integrate youth perspectives into EU policy, fostering open discussions and empowering young people to actively engage in democratic life. It will take place on Wednesday, 11 December 2024, from 14:00 to 16:00 CET at the Charlemagne building in Brussels, Belgium, with live streaming available.
