The European Commission is organizing a stakeholder meeting focused on the multilateral reform of investment dispute resolution, including the establishment of a multilateral investment court. The meeting aims to update stakeholders on the latest developments at both the EU and international levels and to facilitate an exchange of views on relevant EU policy developments.
