The Program for legal empowerment and aid delivery in Kenya (PLEAD) aims to promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels with a specific result outcome to enhance legal aid and assistance especially for the poor and vulnerable.
A subcomponent of PLEAD calls for support to the National Legal Aid Service under the Department of Justice to provide legal services in 12 focal counties of Kenya.
