The World Bank intends to select consultants as part of a development project for the electrical sector in the Central African Republic (CAR). The primary objectives of the assignment is to identify the actions necessary for Enerca - the energy company that enjoys a monopoly on the production and sale of electricity in CAR - to achieve its recovery and development objectives and to secure private sector participation for its management.
